From before they take their first steps until the day they walk into their kindergarten classroom, our littlest ones are ready to be healthy, lifelong learners.

SNAP-Ed provides youth and their families with the knowledge, skills, and resources to make healthy food choices and choose physically active lifestyles within their means.

While young people in foster care face huge challenges, they too aspire to a better future through college and will succeed at that level with the right support and resources.

New York State has a parental responsibility to the kids in its child welfare systems, and the alliance works to make sure our leaders are helping these young people realize their full potential.
 

Go!Healthy gets children of all ages excited about eating healthy foods and provides families with the resources to live healthy, active lifestyles. Go!Healthy is the umbrella name for our food and nutrition programs.

By educating city, state, and federal leaders about the struggles our families face — and how Children’s Aid succeeds in helping them — we can influence important decisions and implement generational changes.

A cornerstone of our community outreach is a commitment to provide children and youth with dedicated mentors who are there for them every step of the way.

Children’s Aid provides comprehensive substance abuse prevention services to those aged 11-21 to help them break down the barriers that threaten their achievement.

When a meaningful job experience is coupled with academic achievement, a young person has a much better chance of finding success and independence in adulthood.
