Every year, thousands of employees participate in meaningful workplace fundraisers, and/or direct a portion of their paychecks to charity. If your employer has workplace giving options, and Children’s Aid is a listed charity, please support us as we knock down barriers to success for children and youth. If Children’s Aid is not listed, please ask your human resources team to add us!
Ways to provide support include:
- Your Company’s Campaign: During a workplace giving campaign, usually in the fall, companies give employees the opportunity to donate to the causes they care about. Ask your company how you can donate to Children’s Aid through your campaign and, if it’s an option, have your gift matched.
- Corporate Employees and United Way participants: Choose to designate your gift to Children’s Aid (EIN# 13-5562191) as your charity of choice, and ask your employer to match your gift.
- New York State Employees: Choose to designate your gift to Children’s Aid through the State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA) by using our ID #51-00567 on your campaign pledge card.
- Payroll Deductions: Choose to make monthly contributions to Children’s Aid through regular payroll deductions. Ask your company how to do so and, if it’s an option, have your gift matched each month.
If you are an employer or an employee looking to start a giving campaign, there are many creative ways to encourage workplace giving. You can set up a holiday drive or plan a dress-down day for charity with proceeds going to Children’s Aid. We can help you plan and execute your events, and hope to hear from you.
